Apricot Iced Tea Recipe

Ingredients
16 tea bags of Ceylon tea or 16 tsp loose leaf
12 cup(s) boiling water
1 cup(s) mint, fresh
6 can(s) apricot nectar, 11 1/2 to 12 ounces each
2 teaspoon vanilla extract

sprig(s) mint, fresh1. In a very large heatproof pitcher, combine
tea bags, boiling water, and the 1 cup mint leaves.
Instructions
Let steep for 5 minutes.
Remove and discard tea bags and mint.
Cover tea and let stand for 1 hour.
Stir in apricot nectar and vanilla.
Cover and chill for 4 to 48 hours.
To serve, fill tall glasses with ice cubes. Fill with tea mixture. If desired, garnish
with apricot wedges and/or mint sprigs.
