Love the site. Very informative. Keep up the good work. One thing, though: the photo of the green tea looks like a specific kind (gunpowder, which comes with the tea leaves rolled into tight little balls); green tea can also come with the leaves loose. Just a small issue. Something to think about while I’m posting my next item to my blog at http://teatimewithaccargill.blogspot.com/.
Always great to see websites dedicated to tea. We publish - as far as we know - the only UK magazine dedicated to tea. Packed with information on tea, tea rooms, tea paraphernalia, tea from around the world, competitions … For instance our Autumn TEA out any day now offers the chance to win a trip on Eurostar to Lille, with lunch plus tea of course from Cha Yuan in Lille, more ‘new’ tea rooms from our dedicated researcher Margaret Thornby. We love tea!
There are so many tea flavors out there… how do you choose your favorite. I usually get stuck on one and then I am too scared to try something new.
