Great blog! Sorry to change the subject, but, since Nashville is getting a lot of press lately, I’d like to find a great sushi restaurant or Japanese restaurant in Nashville TN. Have you heard of any good ones? There’s a new one called Nomzilla Sushi Et Cetera, but I’ve only seen a few reviews. Here’s the address of this new Nashville Sushi Restaurant , 1201 Villa Place, Suite 101 Nashville, TN 37212 - (615) 268-1424. Thoughts? Thanks!

Actually you have that backwards. A real sterling (not plated) teapot has such a low specific heat that the tea stays hot LONGER than in ceramic. Even pre-heated ceramic pots continue to pull heat from the liquid in them whereas sterling needs no pre-heating. Clean silver is relatively non-reactive in water, unless there is a high amount of sulfer or salt in the water, and unlike stainless steel, will not impart a metallic taste to water, which is one of the reasons that the great ocean liners used silver plated interiors on their water tanks.
