A vegan diet, also known as plant based eating, is a diet using no dairy or meat products and the food comes entirely from plants. It does not mean eating nothing but vegetables. There is plant based “meat” like ground beef/mince and “chicken” nuggets, plant based milks, and even plant based cheese. Have you ever had cheese made from cashews or sunflower seeds? It’s quite delicious! .
